By accessing or using the contents (hereinafter "Contents") on this site, and / or when you make a reservation with us for a ceremony you agree to be bound by this agreement. The information and services on this site are provided by Hawaiian Vows and its suppliers, subject to your agreement to the terms and conditions below.

All trademarks, registered trademarks, service marks and copyrighted materials on the Hawaiian Vows web site are owned by their respective owners/companies. Unless otherwise stated, all Contents on - www.celebrateyourloveinhawaii.com are licensed under the following terms:
Copying of Contents, in whole or in part, is permitted provided that author by-lines are kept intact and unchanged. Hyperlinks and/or URLs provided by authors must remain active.
Purposes other than copying the Content with which this agreement was intended (such as modifying, using, etc.) are outside the scope of this agreement.
Disclaimers
Hawaiian Vows arranges weddings and vow renewal services in the State of Hawaii. This mainly includes performing wedding or vow renewal ceremonies and arranging services through 3rd party companies and vendors. All contracted vendors are entirely responsible for the service they offer to you through us to you. They may also work for other companies besides on their own in Hawaii. We assumes no responsibility for any of their quality of work, service and cannot guaranty their availability for the service you book through us. In case of any event such as a no show, or delay resulted by any of these vendors, we will try to assist you in organizing a replacement, or an alternate date and time to complete the service you have booked with them through us. In case that this is not possible we are happy to offer you a refund. Every change must be approved by us first. Otherwise we are not able to cover the service.
Hawaiian Vows also assumes no responsibility for any consequence relating directly or indirectly to any action or inaction you take based on the Contents, information, services you ook with us or throh us or other material on this site. While Hawaiian Vows strives to keep the information on this site accurate, complete, and up-to-date, Hawaiian Vows and its suppliers and contributors cannot guarantee, and will not be responsible for any damage or loss related to, the accuracy, completeness or timeliness of the information or the services you receive.
Hawaiian Vows provides Internet links to other external sites and services. Hawaiian Vows, its employees, and agents are not responsible for the content or availability of these services. IN NO EVENT SHALL Hawaiian Vows OR ITS SUPPLIERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY SPECIAL, INDIRECT, PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL, EXEMPLARY OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, OR ANY DAMAGES WHATSOEVER RESULTING FROM LOSS OF USE, BUSINESS, DATA OR PROFITS, LITIGATION AND THE LIKE, WHETHER BASED ON BREACH OF CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), PRODUCT LIABILITY OR OTHERWISE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. YOU ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT THE LIMITATIONS SET FORTH ABOVE ARE FUNDAMENTAL ELEMENTS OF THIS AGREEMENT AND THE SITE WOULD NOT BE PROVIDED TO YOU ABSENT SUCH LIMITATIONS. SOME STATUTES MIGHT APPLY REGARDING LIMITATION OF LIABILITY.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Hawaiian Vows, its affiliates and suppliers from any liability, loss, claim and expense (including attorneys' fees) related to (i) your violation of this agreement, and (ii) your submission of material to this site.
Changes to Site
Hawaiian Vows and its suppliers may make improvements or changes in the information, services, products, and other materials on this site, or terminate this site, at any time without notice. Hawaiian Vows may modify this agreement at any time, and such modifications shall be effective immediately upon posting of the modified agreement. Accordingly, you agree to review the agreement periodically, and your continued access or use of this site shall be deemed your acceptance of the modified agreement.
Reservations
With a placement of your ceremony service order with us you accept full our complete terms and conditions. A provisional confirmation of availability for a requested date does not constitute a booking and the date will not be held indefinitely. We will confirm your reservation by email once a chosen date and time has been confirmed as available for the wedding ceremony.
If a balance occurs due to you adding any service to your already placed order, the due balance has to be paid on the day by cash or cheque prior to the ceremony.
4.8 % Hawaii general excise tax will be added to your total invoice amount.
Cancellation
All orders at Hawaiian Vows are final! If cancellations occur 7 days prior to your wedding date, we will refund 50% of your payment paid. Canceling 72 hours prior to your wedding date, no refund can be made. All Cancellations must be received in writing via email.
We recommend that you sign up for affordable wedding insurance (please Google this option) in case your trip to Hawaii is canceled, natural or man-made disaster, pandemic or fear, etc. and you choose not to reschedule your booking with us.

We currently accept payments via cash, Credit Card, Venmo, and Zelle.
This agreement and the resolution of any dispute related to this agreement or the site shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws in Hawaii - USA, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law. Hawaiian Vows's failure to insist upon strict enforcement of any provision of this agreement shall not be construed as a waiver of any provision or right. Any legal action or proceeding between Hawaiian Vows and you related to this agreement shall be brought exclusively in a court of competent jurisdiction venue in Hawaii - USA
Hawaiian Vows reserves any and all rights not expressly stated herein.

What information do we collect?
We collect information from you when you register on our site, subscribe to our newsletter, respond to a survey or fill out a form.
